DESCRIPTION: Acting as owner’s representative for this $15M renovation, DBA ensured the work was completed on time and on budget and that the construction met a quality standard to last long into the future. The Cornerstone Residence renovation included 128 affordable loft and studio apartments, a library, computer lab, gymnasium, public seating areas, and performing arts event spaces. At the street level, the project also included the renovation of an art gallery, artist-in-residence studio spaces, café, and co-working space.
