DESCRIPTION: Acting as owner’s representative for this $15M renovation, DBA brought its experience delivering complex building projects to this exceptional community destination. DBA was responsible for coordinating the work on the owner’s behalf. DBA ensured the work was completed on time and on budget and that the construction met a quality standard to last long into the future. The Cornerstone Residence renovation included 128 affordable loft and studio apartments, a library, computer lab, gymnasium, public seating areas, and performing arts event spaces. At street level, the project also included the renovation of an art gallery, artist-in-residence studio spaces, café, and co-working space.
