DESCRIPTION: Acting as owner’s representative for this $15m renovation, DBA brings their experience delivering complex building projects to this exceptional community destination. DBA is responsible for coordinating the work on the owner’s behalf. We will ensure the work is completed on time and on budget and that the construction meets a quality standard to last long into the future. The Cornerstone Residence renovation includes 128 affordable loft and studio apartments, a library, computer lab, gymnasium, public seating areas, and performing arts event spaces. At street level, the project also includes the renovation of an art gallery, artist-in-residence studio spaces, café, and co-working space.
