It’s critical for institutions to understand the cost, schedule, and quality of a design before investing in a new capital project. A needs assessment is critical to identify accurate requirements. DBA provides building assessments, surveys, and needs assessments for large institutional clients to help inform their project programming, visioning, and documentation. Throughout the process we continue to build on the assessment data to define the program, vision, and design documentation. By working  with strategists, engineers, and cost consultants, we provide a fully coordinated design consultancy for our clients.
